Adidas Copa Pure+ Elite Cleats' Leather Peeled at Seams—Warranty Denied

I purchased a pair of Adidas Copa Pure+ (Elite) cleats, expecting high quality, but the leather started peeling at the seam areas, even with minimal use. I want to emphasize that this is happening at the leather joints, not from regular wear and tear.

I sent the cleats back to the store for inspection, and I just received the response—they blamed it on "user error." This is unacceptable! The cleats aren’t even a year old, yet they are already falling apart. I expected Adidas to be a reliable and durable brand, but clearly, I was mistaken.

Adidas, I demand a real solution! If this issue isn’t resolved, I will take my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. An elite-level cleat comes with a premium price, and I will not let this go.
