Adidas Terrex Shoes Leaking Despite Waterproof Ads

I recently bought Adidas Terrex shoes for ₺5000 from the Adidas store. Shockingly, within a month, the shoes started leaking, and I sent them in for inspection. To my dismay, my request was denied not once but twice, with a claim of "user error." How can wearing a pair of shoes in light rain on a straight path be considered user error, especially when the product is barely a month old and hardly worn?

Upon receiving the product back, I inspected it, only to find it in the exact condition I sent it, with even the same dust on it. It seems like no real inspection was conducted before the rejection. It's infuriating that my legitimate concerns were brushed off without a proper assessment. Adidas, this experience is a major regret.
