Adidas Terrex “Waterproof” Shoes Leak—Warranty Denied After 3 Months
I purchased a pair of Adidas Terrex shoes, advertised as waterproof, but they started leaking after just three months of use. Expecting Adidas to stand behind their product, I returned them to the store, and they were sent for inspection. However, the result was frustrating—they simply blamed it on “user error” instead of addressing the issue.
How can a waterproof shoe fail in just three months and still not be considered defective? If a brand as big as Adidas refuses to take responsibility for its faulty products, what are customers supposed to do?
Adidas, I demand a real solution! Either replace my defective shoes or issue a full refund. Let this be a warning to anyone considering buying these so-called “waterproof” shoes—Adidas does not stand behind its products!
