Adidas Terrex Sneakers Torn on the Inside Under Five Months

Within 5 months, my Terrex branded Adidas shoes have torn on the sides. It is really surprising that both shoes have torn in the same place, especially considering that we purchased Terrex for its durability and outdoor performance. The shoes have only been used for normal daily activities and have never been taken to the mountains or nature. I bought this product from the Sporthink store. In the 5th month, I sent it back to Adidas with all the necessary documents, pictures, and the receipt. However, Adidas returned it stating that it was user error. I am also filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, providing all the documentation, pictures, and the receipt. I am requesting a refund or an exchange for the product."
