Adidas Gore-Tex Shoes Fail Waterproof Test
I recently bought some shoes from the Adidas store that have the Gore-Tex waterproof technology. But the first time I wore them in damp weather, my toe tips got soaked. After I went back to the store, they sent the shoes in for examination, and they said I was wrong and rejected them. These shoes were hardly worn once and showed no signs of wear. The idea that this is the result of human mistake is beyond me. Such a ludicrous explanation is unacceptable to me. In order to get to the bottom of the matter, I asked the store personnel to send the shoes back for additional inspection. Nevertheless, they warned me that the same thing might happen and suggested that I take the issue to Consumer Rights. For the life of me, I don't get why I should bother dealing with this. Please fix this immediately; I am a very loyal customer.

I don't want to use it and I want a refund
