Adidas Shoes Heel Wore Out in 8 Months – Warranty Claim Repeatedly Denied by In Street

About a year ago, I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from In Street. Within the first 8 months, the inner heel began to show significant wear and tear. When I returned to the store to inquire about a solution, I was told the shoes had a two-year warranty for such deformations. Despite this, no action was taken, and I was blamed for the damage.
I sent the shoes in for inspection again, only to receive the same response—no solution and no support. I’m left wondering, what could I have possibly done to cause this? Why won’t the store or Adidas stand behind their product? Even the employees dismissed me, saying, “Go ahead, file a complaint.” I’m baffled by this experience with both the store and the brand, as neither seem to care about customer satisfaction.
