I'm highly unhappy with my recent purchase from the Bursa Koray Sports store. I purchased the Adidas Astir SNDL W Cblack / Owhite / Owhite sandals, item number HP9569. The inner lining began slipping and creasing after only one day of wear. I returned the item to the store for inspection. To my surprise, global brand Adidas responded with the illogical excuse of 'user error,' attempting to dismiss the issue. This is an experience I've never had with any other brand, and it's all thanks to Adidas. I demand a prompt exchange for a different product or a gift certificate. A renowned brand's lack of accountability is disappointing and disheartening. This experience has significantly harmed my opinion of Adidas and the quality of their products.
