My Adidas Kantana Cblack Carbon Shoes Tore in 4 Months and Warranty Was Denied
I bought the Adidas Kantana Cblack Carbon shoes, and after just 4 months, they ripped along the side and tore at the inner lining. I returned the shoes to the store, expecting proper support and a factory inspection as promised.
Instead, they quickly responded by blaming me, saying the damage was caused by the user—not by a defect. They noted the tear on the left stripe and inner lining, but made it clear they weren’t taking any responsibility. That’s unacceptable.
I’ve used many Adidas products before and never experienced this kind of low durability. The fact that both Adidas and the retailer refuse to stand behind their product is incredibly frustrating. I paid good money (₺) for a shoe that didn’t even last half a year.
I will be filing an official complaint with the relevant authorities. Adidas, you need to reassess your warranty process and ensure your partners don’t push the blame onto your customers to avoid responsibility. This is not how loyal buyers should be treated. I demand a proper resolution.
