Adidas Didn't Change Defective Shoes

91

I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers, and the toe area began to tear just a month later. I returned them to the store, and they were sent to the company for inspection. Meanwhile, I bought another pair from them. A month later, I received a message that left me speechless. Adidas claimed that the condition of the shoes was caused by user error and refused to exchange them. Seriously? Of course, I wore the shoes; they're not meant to be exhibited in a glass case. Did I use them to kick walls or something? I'm frustrated with Adidas for using 'user error' to justify their flawed product. It's disheartening that they won't stand behind their products. I have a valid complaint against Adidas for refusing to accept responsibility for poor manufacturing while blaming the customer.
