LG Washing Machine Leaking Again Under Warranty: Replacement Refused

I am using an LG washing machine and for about the last month the machine has been leaking water again. The same problem had occurred before and it was supposedly repaired under warranty, but despite that, the same fault has recurred while the product is still under warranty. I requested service again and a technician came and confirmed that the washing machine is leaking water. This is the second time the same problem has happened. They repair it and then the problem comes back. This time I asked for a replacement, but they refused and said they needed a video. I sent the video recording as requested and I was told that a supervisor would come and check the machine, but nobody came and the situation has not been resolved. When I call the service, a lady answers and says she will check and write to me on WhatsApp, but she does not write. When I ask again, she sometimes hangs up the phone in my face. When I call back, she raises her voice and says that she already told me she would write, instead of helping to solve the problem. I find this attitude and communication extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and I have recorded all these calls and messages. Since the same fault has repeated twice despite earlier repair attempts and the product is still under warranty, I no longer trust that this machine will function properly. I currently still do not have a solution and the water leakage problem continues. I request that my washing machine be either refunded or replaced with a new machine that is not the same model, and that this process be completed as soon as possible. I am already in the process of reporting this situation to customer services and, if necessary, I will also pursue my complaint through other official and consumer channels, because I do not intend to give up on my rights regarding this unfair treatment.
