The Inside Of My Adidas Shoe Was Shattered...

The heel parts of my Adidas shoes (Adidas GY4727 Hoops 3.0 8), purchased from Koray Spor online six months ago, have melted and disintegrated from the inside. I reported this issue to the seller, Koray Spor, three weeks ago, but haven't received any response. It's illogical for shoes I've worn around 40-50 times in 180 days to fall apart from the inside. If we can't rely on Adidas' quality, I'm not sure who we can trust. The seller appears unwilling to stand behind the products they sell. I hope the manufacturer takes a different stance. If neither of them accepts responsibility for the product's quality, I'll consider sending one shoe to the manufacturer and the other to the seller.
Adidas has communicated that the issue is user-related based on their evaluation. Did I step into the shoe incorrectly? What kind of user error could cause the inside of the shoe to fall apart? I will request usage instructions or a shipping address from Adidas on how to wear the shoes properly. They can display it when they open an exhibition on how not to ensure customer satisfaction.
