Adidas Galaxy 7 Shoes Tore After Just Two Months of Daily Use

I purchased the Galaxy 7 running shoes from Adidas’s official website on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, with the order number ATR03960822. Both pairs started tearing at the same side simultaneously, despite the fact that I never used them for running—only for daily wear. In response to my emails, which included detailed photos of the issue, Adidas stated that the evaluation process would take 21 business days and I would be notified via SMS if it was deemed a manufacturing defect. Including shipping, this means being without shoes for nearly 40 days. Yet, the company insists that nothing can be done before the 21 business days and shows little concern for the inconvenience. Just as Adidas insists I wait, I am making it clear here that I will escalate this issue through complaint platforms, social media, and the Consumer Arbitration Board. My question is: who do we report these so-called premium products to when even cheaper, generic brands last a whole season while these tear in two months? How do we claim our rights when Adidas clearly doesn't care and essentially says, "wait 40 days or keep quiet"?
After a 2-week period without shoes, a refund was issued.
