On September 7, 2023, I purchased a pair of Adidas IG9846 shoes with order number ATR02469928 from the official Adidas website. Despite wearing them only once a month and taking utmost care, the shoes developed tears on the inner back panels. I was surprised to experience this issue with an Adidas product, as I have never encountered such premature wear and tear with other brands.
Upon sending the shoes for inspection under review code T24404144, I received a disappointing response. The experts concluded that the damage was due to usage, implying that wearing shoes is an unreasonable expectation. I find this assessment unfair and strongly disagree with their decision.
I believe that the shoes were not up to the quality standards typically associated with Adidas products. The premature wear and tear suggest a defect in the manufacturing process or material selection. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and feel that my rights as a consumer have been disregarded.
I am determined to pursue this matter further and seek a fair resolution. I urge Adidas to reconsider their decision and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement pair or a full refund.
