On August 26, 2025, I sent the products I purchased through the Adidas online platform for a return and exchange with order number atr90304712. I requested a return for the products with codes in8708, in8707, and jc7376, and an exchange for the product with code jf1258. My products appear to have been delivered to you, and I included the invoice in the package when I sent them. My shipping code is 908190784514. The process hasn't been completed for approximately two months, and I haven't received any refund. The products are unused, have their tags on, and are in full compliance with the return policy. I'm waiting for a refund of my credit card payment of approximately ₺7,700. I've contacted customer service twice during this process, but each time I was simply told they were "under review" and no solution was offered. I demand a resolution to my grievance and a refund as soon as possible.
