I Returned Two Adidas Orders but Still Can’t Get My Refund—What’s the Delay?

Dear Adidas, I have two return orders—ATR03946443 and ATR03950946. Both shipments have been successfully delivered back to you, yet there’s still no sign of a refund or any update on the return process. What exactly are you waiting for?

For a brand of your size and reputation, this kind of delay is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to chase you down for something as basic as a return confirmation and refund. The same products were available on other platforms too, but I chose Adidas thinking your process would be smooth and professional. Clearly, I was wrong.

If I had known how slow and unresponsive your return system is, I would’ve ordered elsewhere. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
