Asus Zenbook Overheating, Performance, Service, and Shipping Issues

I purchased an Asus Zenbook ux325ea/kg230t laptop from the Media Markt online store. Over time, I began experiencing performance and overheating issues with the laptop. It is incomprehensible to face such problems while only using a web browser and Zoom. I encountered performance issues with this laptop that I never experienced with the laptop I used for 18 years. I was also told that I could upgrade the RAM when I bought it. Later, I found out that the RAM is integrated. When I spoke with Asus, they confirmed it was integrated. I contacted Asus service over the phone, explained the situation, and I also have email correspondence with them. It was stated that the laptop would be picked up from my address and checked at the service center. The shipping company never came to my address. Whenever I talked to Asus, they said, 'We have submitted your request. It's not our issue,' passing the responsibility to the shipping company. I made my request while my product was still under warranty, with months remaining, but I couldn't get service support from Asus. You sold a product, and we are experiencing issues. Here, the responsible party is the brand and manufacturer of the product. Now, I have a laptop that couldn't be repaired despite having a service record and a request. Even if they repair it, I know they will just apply thermal paste and send it back, which won't solve the fundamental performance degradation issue. My previous laptop was also an Asus. I learned my lesson with this laptop. Moreover, they sell these Zenbooks at a higher price compared to other brands with similar features on the market.
