Hello, I purchased an Acer Nitro V15 laptop about 2-3 months ago. Since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing severe FPS drops and overheating issues. Thinking it might be due to insufficient RAM, I upgraded it, but the same problems persisted. I couldn’t find any useful information on forums, so I called Acer's customer service. Following the voice prompt to press 3 for technical support, I was connected to a representative and explained my issue. However, the representative told me that they couldn’t provide any information and that the device needed to be inspected by the technical service, as they could not assist further from there. I explained that I am currently abroad and unable to do that, and when I asked why they could not provide technical support, they said, "we cannot perform remote connections from here." What I don’t understand is this: if you do not provide technical support, why does your call center have a section for technical support in the first place? And if technical support is provided through the call center, why didn’t the representative assist me? I paid ₺30,000 for this device, and you do not provide support for these issues. Once I return to the country, I will file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this matter.
