MSI Cyborg A13V Laptop Developed Light Leakage After 3 Months

Three months ago, I purchased an MSI Cyborg A13V laptop, and today it suddenly developed light leakage. I tried contacting support via email, but the system stated my email couldn’t be recognized. I also called customer service, but no one answered.
I paid a significant amount for this device, and I’m extremely disappointed that such an issue occurred after only three months. I handle my laptop with great care—I haven’t even played games on it, only used it to watch videos on YouTube.
I plan to send it in for service, but if no solution is provided, I will escalate the matter to CİMER. MSI, I demand immediate support to address this issue and expect a resolution promptly.
