Unauthorized Adademia Subscription Charge Needs Refund

On March 21, a charge of $94 was made to my DenizBank credit card by Adademia without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears to have been processed under invoice number BF89B7D4-0003 associated with the account 2********@tarsus.edu.tr. I was neither informed beforehand nor asked for approval, and I do not actively use this service.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted both Adademia and my bank. I submitted a refund request to Adademia, but it was rejected. My bank, on the other hand, stated that although a dispute was initiated, the refund authority lies with the company and that I need to resolve the matter directly with them. As a result, I am left with a charge for a service I neither approved nor used.
I am requesting that the full $94 charged without my knowledge or consent be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, and that any subscriptions or automatic renewals associated with my account be immediately canceled.
