If GPay charged your card but the payment failed;

• Open Google Pay and check the transaction status in Activity (failed or pending)
• Note the transaction ID, amount, date/time, and merchant name for reference
• Take screenshots of the failed status and the debit entry in your card statement
• Contact Google Pay in-app support and report that the payment failed but the amount was debited
• If the payment was to a merchant, confirm with them that they did not receive the funds
• Contact your card issuer or bank if the refund does not arrive within the stated timeframe

If the problem persists;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a failed GPay payment with a deducted amount and request a refund or resolution
