My Frustrating Experience Trying to Buy GTA 5 Using Gpay

I recently tried to purchase GTA 5 and transferred 84.50 TL to the account they provided, but after several days, I still haven't received the game or a refund. Even if I had accidentally sent it to the wrong account, I have all my payment details and proof of transfer. I'm really disappointed that their payment system doesn't seem reliable, leaving me feeling like my money was taken with no real benefit for me. As a consumer, I expect certain standards from companies - especially when it comes to payments and customer service. It's concerning that this has happened and makes me question the integrity of the company in general. It is only fair that this issue gets resolved as soon as possible - whether by refunding me or providing me with access to the game - so that other customers don't encounter any similar problems in future. The least I can expect is for them to properly address and resolve any issues that customers may have.
