Gpay Didn't Make The Payment To Xsolla For The Item I Bought From STFC

I attempted to purchase second research for STFC and completed a bank transfer via Ziraat Bank to Gpay, as directed by the game website. However, I later discovered that Gpay was supposed to forward the payment to Xsolla. After speaking with a representative from Xsolla, I learned that Gpay had not transferred the money. Despite sending four emails to Gpay, I have yet to receive a response. I am writing to request a prompt resolution to this issue. As a paying customer, I expect that my payment will be processed correctly and that any issues will be addressed promptly. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and response from Gpay, and I urge them to take action to rectify this situation.
