Tashanwin Deposit Not Credited After GPay UPI Transfer of ₹4,000

I made a deposit of ₹4000 to my Tashanwin account via bank transfer/UPI using GPay on 8 January, but the amount has still not been credited to my Tashanwin balance. The money has been successfully debited from my GPay account, and I also have the transaction/reference ID, yet it is not reflected on Tashanwin. I tried to reach out to support, but I have not received any response so far, and this unresolved situation is causing me inconvenience because my funds are stuck even though the payment went through. I request that my ₹4000 deposit made on 8 January via GPay be immediately located and credited to my Tashanwin account using the transaction/reference details I can provide if needed.
