4rabet Has Not Credited My Two UPI Deposits Despite Daily Follow-Ups

I am writing regarding two UPI deposits I made via GPay to my 4rabet account that have still not been properly credited, even though I have been contacting support every day since the issue began. My 4rabet user ID is a65b8632-5f1f-47a6-86f5-7ca4a30b4*** and I am using 4rabet from Jowai, India. On 7 April 2026, I deposited ₹2,000 using UPI through GPay. The UTR for this payment is 609771209041. On 11 April 2026, I again deposited ₹2,000 via UPI through GPay, with UTR 610192871966. In total, ₹4,000 is missing from my 4rabet balance. Regarding the 11 April deposit, your support informed me that this transaction was “previously successfully credited” to my account under the token iBmkOtNZPZbYlqcJ7G6eGxbkmjZ75qhJ and asked me to check my deposit history. However, this amount is not visible in my balance and I have not received any benefit from this supposed credit. For the 7 April deposit, I was informed under ticket SUP-1314902 that the payment is “being processed” and that your finance department has contacted the provider, who claims they have not received the money yet and that this may be due to banking or payment delays. I was told that I should wait and that you would let me know why and when I will receive my money. Despite this, I have been following up daily since 7 April and there is still no clear resolution or refund, and the funds remain unavailable in my account. I have previously made successful deposits and transactions with 4rabet, so this current situation is very disappointing and worrying for me. I request that you urgently and thoroughly re-check both UPI transactions with UTR 609771209041 and 610192871966, and either actually credit the full amount of ₹4,000 to my 4rabet balance or refund the entire sum back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also ask you to provide a clear written explanation of what happened with these payments and why there has been such a long delay despite my repeated contacts with support. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I do not suffer any further inconvenience or uncertainty regarding my money.
