GPay Payment Nightmare: Money Stuck in Limbo

I sent a 1300 tl payment to the GPay company, but the payment was not accepted. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that my funds were in limbo and that the payment had not been processed. Perplexed, I contacted my bank, who confirmed that the payment had been processed. They requested the provision number, which I promptly provided. My payment was not accepted even after I provided the provision number. I even contacted the intermediary company, Sipay, who assured me that the payment had been processed successfully with GPay. GPay, however, continued to reject it, claiming that it was in limbo. My hard-earned money appears to have been squandered. I implore anyone reading this to avoid doing business with this company if you don't want your money to be lost. The frustration is growing, and a solution is proving elusive.
