I use GPay to deposit money into the Big Daddy game, but two of my payments have not been credited to my game account till now. On 10 October 2025, I deposited 2,000 rupees through GPay, and on 21 November 2025 at around 10:05 pm, I deposited 1,500 rupees through GPay. Both payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but the amounts were never added to my Big Daddy game balance and are still missing on the platform. The GPay transaction / UTR numbers for these payments are 532543197284 and 564060440111. I have repeatedly contacted Big Daddy game customer care and sent all the required documents and bank statements many times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from them. Because of this, my total 3,500 rupees are stuck even though the transactions show as successful on my side. I request that these two deposits made via GPay to the Big Daddy game be verified and the full amounts be credited correctly to my Big Daddy game account without any further delay. I would like a clear update and quick resolution to this issue.
