GPay Payment Taken But No Product Or Balance Added
On November 21, I made a purchase of ₺3,090 on Klasgame.com using the GPay infrastructure. Although the amount was deducted from my Enpara card, it was never added to my balance, and neither the product nor the purchased credit was reflected in my account. When I contacted Klasgame about the issue, they said it was not related to them and offered no assistance. I have not yet been able to speak with my bank, Enpara. At this point, there is a transaction that has been paid for but not delivered. I request that this ₺3,090 transaction, which clearly appears on my credit card statement, be cancelled and refunded to me as soon as possible, and that my grievance be resolved.
