Parimatch Failed to Credit My Three GPay Deposits
I recently made three deposits to my Parimatch account via Gpay, but the amounts have not been credited to my balance. A total of 2,500 INR was sent twice from my ICICI Bank Gpay account, and 1,000 INR was sent once from my Axis Bank Gpay account. These three deposits were made just a few minutes before I noticed that my Parimatch balance had still not been updated. I have previously used Gpay successfully for deposits on Parimatch, so I was expecting these transactions to be processed immediately in the same way. I have not yet contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, as I first wanted to clearly state the problem here. I request that these three Gpay deposits be checked and immediately credited to my Parimatch balance, or that any issue with the transactions be clarified and resolved as soon as possible.
Hello, I already submitted a complaint regarding a deposit that was deducted from my bank account but was never credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided all the required details and evidence, but the amount is still not showing in my account. I have also followed up on my complaint, but I have not received any response so far. Please look into this issue urgently and either credit the deposit to my Parimatch account or refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.
