4rabet GPay Deposit Successful But Balance Still Not Updated

On 12 April at around 12:11 a.m., I deposited 20,000 INR into my 4rabet account via GPay. The money was successfully debited from my account, and the transaction is shown as successful on my side, with Paytm transaction ID 610288378439 and support reference number SUP-1337762. However, this amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet betting balance. In addition to this, there was another transaction of 5,000 INR which was also debited from my account but has not been credited to my 4rabet account. This means a total of 25,000 INR is currently missing from my 4rabet balance, even though both payments were taken from my bank. I contacted 4rabet support about this issue and was only told to wait, without any clear update or proper resolution, even though almost a full day has already passed since the transaction. I find this situation very worrying and inconvenient, as a large amount has been deducted from my account with no reflection on my 4rabet balance. Based on the transaction and support details I have provided, I request that the 20,000 INR and 5,000 INR be urgently and immediately credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay, or that you take all necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
