I made a Jalwa recharge on the website https://jalappw***.com on April 21 via GPay using UPI for an amount of ₹20,000. The money was successfully deducted from my account, but the recharge was never completed on the platform.
I have my bank statement as proof showing that the ₹20,000 payment was debited, yet I did not receive the corresponding recharge service in my account on the website. This situation is very concerning, as the payment went through but the service was not delivered.
I request that my Jalwa recharge be completed immediately for the full amount of ₹20,000 (approximately $240) that has already been deducted. If this cannot be fulfilled, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution, including a full refund of the amount.
