1win GPay UPI Deposit Debited But Not Credited After Two Days

I made a UPI transfer of ₹10,005 on 14 May 2026 via GPay from my bank account ending with 1374. The transaction shows as successful in GPay, the amount has been debited from my bank account, and the UTR number for this transaction is 613473804999. However, the deposit has still not been received in the intended 1win account even after two days. Since the money has left my account and the transaction is marked as successful, I am very concerned about where this amount is currently stuck. I request that this transaction be urgently traced and either the amount be credited to the correct 1win account or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation of what has gone wrong with this UPI transfer and a prompt resolution, as ₹10,005 is a significant amount for me and it has been held up since 14 May 2026.
