When I contacted customer service, they told me that my withdrawal was under review and that the transfer would be processed via Western Union. However, they also demanded an extra fee for the payment to go through, which I refused to pay since withdrawals should not require any additional charges. As of now, my ₺237,000 has not been transferred, and my issue remains unresolved.
There are no restrictions or special conditions on my account, and I have met all requirements. I consider this delay and request for extra payment as unfair and unacceptable.
I demand that my ₺237,000 withdrawal be processed immediately without any extra fees and that the funds be transferred to me as originally promised. Customers should not be forced to pay additional charges just to access their own money. I expect urgent resolution and immediate release of my funds.
