Even though 36 hours have passed and the system shows my withdrawal as “successful,” the funds have still not reached my bank account.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue on 1win, and it is extremely frustrating. I contacted customer service, but they offered no concrete solution or explanation for the delay. There are no missing documents, verification issues, or promotional restrictions tied to my account that could block the withdrawal. Despite the status showing as completed, the money is simply not in my account, leaving me financially stuck.
I have not yet contacted my bank, but since the transaction is already marked as “successful” on 1win’s side, the issue clearly lies with the platform.
