On August 5, 2025, I made two separate withdrawal requests through 1win using the bank transfer method—one for ₺100,000 and another for ₺50,000. My username is h. Despite more than two weeks passing, not a single payment has been credited to my account.
I contacted 1win customer service multiple times about this issue. They told me to send an email with supporting documents, which I did immediately. I also shared my IBAN details as requested, yet no further response was given. My money is still pending, and I have been left completely in the dark.
This is not the first time I have faced such a problem with 1win, and the fact that it keeps happening makes the situation even worse. It is unacceptable for a platform to hold onto such large amounts without communication or resolution.
I demand that 1win urgently process my withdrawal requests and transfer the full ₺150,000 into my bank account without any further delay. Customers should not have to fight for access to their own winnings.
