On 21.08.2025 at 11:49, I requested a withdrawal of 8,000 TL from my 1Win account via Yapı Kredi Bank. Despite providing my account information and the required documents completely, my money has not reached my account in nearly 3 months. My 1Win user number is ***91565.
During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times and also sent my email address and a PDF statement of my account transactions. Each time, I only received automated responses and was told, 'Your request has been created, you will be contacted within 1/7 days,' which felt like stalling. In addition, with each new application, a new request number is created without considering my previous requests, and it is as if the process is being handled for the first time.
I have experienced similar issues before, but this is the first time I have faced such a long-lasting grievance. I have not been able to receive my money for about 3 months and I keep encountering the same cycle. So far, no explanation or refund has been provided. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and my money be deposited into my account in full.
