I Face Missing 1win Bank Transfer Withdrawal and Deposit With No Resolution

On August 21, 2025, at 11:49 AM, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺8,000 from my 1win account via bank transfer. However, this amount never reached my bank account. I contacted customer service multiple times, even providing a PDF statement of my account activity to clearly show that no funds were received. Despite this, I kept receiving the same automatic replies: “Your request has been created, you will receive a response within 1/7 days.” Now, almost a month has passed, and no real solution has been provided.

In addition, I also made a separate deposit of ₺1,008 via bank transfer, but this transaction shows as canceled on the site. The money was debited from my bank, yet it was never credited to my 1win account. Once again, customer service only tells me to wait, without giving any reference number or detailed explanation for either issue.

My account ID is 855*65. I feel like I am being stalled repeatedly instead of receiving proper support. I demand that both of these transactions be completed immediately — the missing ₺8,000 withdrawal must be credited to my bank account, and the ₺1,008 deposit must be reflected in my 1win balance. My grievance must be resolved without further delay.

On 21.08.2025 at 11:49, I requested a withdrawal of 8,000 TL from my 1Win account via Yapı Kredi Bank. Despite providing my account information and the required documents completely, my money has not reached my account in nearly 3 months. My 1Win user number is ***91565.

During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times and also sent my email address and a PDF statement of my account transactions. Each time, I only received automated responses and was told, 'Your request has been created, you will be contacted within 1/7 days,' which felt like stalling. In addition, with each new application, a new request number is created without considering my previous requests, and it is as if the process is being handled for the first time.

I have experienced similar issues before, but this is the first time I have faced such a long-lasting grievance. I have not been able to receive my money for about 3 months and I keep encountering the same cycle. So far, no explanation or refund has been provided. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and my money be deposited into my account in full.
