1win Bank Transfer Withdrawal Still Missing After 3 Days

On September 15, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request via bank transfer from my 1win.com account. However, even after three full days, the requested amount has not been deposited into my bank account. My account details are registered under the name Efkan K*.
During this time, I contacted 1win customer support multiple times, but every response I received was the same: “please wait.” No concrete solution or explanation was offered. This is extremely frustrating, as I have complied with all the rules and my withdrawal request was made from my regular balance — not from any bonus or promotional funds.
What’s worse, no matter what amount I attempt to withdraw, the platform refuses to process payments. I find this practice unacceptable, especially for users who trust the platform with their money.
I am requesting an urgent resolution: my pending withdrawal must be processed immediately, and 1win should ensure that such delays and withholding of funds do not happen again.
