1win Ignored My Request to Close Account Despite Serious Data Security Concerns

On 12/11/2025, I started having serious security concerns about my 1win betting and casino account. I no longer believe my personal data is safe, and I’m worried that my information may be shared with third parties.

Because of this, I requested that my account be permanently closed. When I contacted 1win customer service, I was told to reach out to the email address mailto:s****@1win.social. However, even though I tried contacting this address, I have not received any response.

There are no payments, balances, or withdrawal transactions in my account. I am only requesting that my membership be immediately closed due to concerns about the security of my personal information.
