I am very frustrated with 1win betting site because two of my withdrawal requests have not been paid, even though the stated payment period has long passed. I requested 3,000₺ on September 4, 2025, and another 1,600₺ on September 25, 2025, both through the FAST transfer method.

The company clearly states that withdrawals are processed within 1 to 7 business days, yet it has now been over 10 days, and I still have not received a single payment. My user ID is 3160100.

Whenever I contact customer support, they repeat the same scripted response—that my money will arrive within 1–7 business days—but nothing ever happens. No real solution or explanation is offered, and my winnings remain withheld.

I am demanding that 1win immediately process and credit both of my pending withdrawals in full—3,000₺ and 1,600₺—without further delay. I expect the site to honor its own rules and stop misleading players with false timelines.
