1win Aviator Email Or Phone Change Not Done - Support Gives No Solution

I am a user of 1win Aviator and I have been trying to change the email address or mobile number linked to my account since 16/11/2025. I contacted 1win support via email for this request, but the issue is still not resolved. In their reply, support only told me that they are talking to the technical team, and after that there has been no concrete action or clear solution. My account information remains unchanged, and this is causing me concern for the security and access of my account. I request that 1win immediately change my email or mobile number linked to my account and send me a clear confirmation once this change has been completed.
