Instead of resolving the issue, they informed me that I must have an interview with them before my account can be released, which I find neither reasonable nor appropriate, especially after the verification step you yourselves requested. I was sent a link to verify my account. I followed the instructions, and my account was verified successfully, yet my withdrawal remains pending, and my account is still not properly released. I request that my account be immediately released without any further unnecessary procedures and that my pending withdrawal via crypto be processed and paid out without further delay. I expect 1win to respect the completed verification, remove any unjustified restrictions, and allow me to use my account and funds normally.
