1win Withdrawals Blocked Since 23 December - Balance Unpaid

I have been using 1win for a long time and have successfully withdrawn funds many times in the past. However, since 23/12/2025 I have been unable to withdraw my money, and my withdrawals are either stuck in processing or automatically cancelled by the system. After 23/12/2025, I submitted several withdrawal requests via both bank and crypto methods. Many of these withdrawal requests were cancelled automatically by the system, and later I also cancelled some of them manually myself because they were not being processed for a long time. Currently, only one withdrawal of $300 is shown as “processing”, and the rest of my funds remain in my account balance. My total balance, which I want to withdraw, is $5,500. When I contacted 1win support about this issue, they told me to contact the security team by email. I wrote to [email protected], and they replied asking me to upload my documents for verification. I provided all requested documents successfully, but despite this, my problem is still not resolved. My $300 withdrawal is still pending, and there has been no clear explanation or solution. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, my verification confirmed, and my full balance of $5,500, including the $300 currently in processing, be paid to me without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my withdrawals have been blocked or cancelled despite previously having successful withdrawals and completing the document upload process.
