1win Withdrawal Stuck - Pending Even After KYC Verified

I am a user of 1win with account ID 56001*** and I am facing a serious problem with my withdrawal. On 30-12-2025 I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 10,000, but the withdrawal keeps going into pending status again and again, even though my KYC has already been verified. When I contacted your customer support, I was first told to send an email. I sent the email as requested and was then told to complete KYC. I completed all KYC procedures, and I was informed that once KYC was completed I would receive a mail and then I could access withdrawal and enjoy my funds. However, even after KYC verification, every time I place a withdrawal request, it goes back into pending status and I receive no clear information or resolution. I find it unacceptable that despite having a verified KYC and an active account, my winning funds are still not being released. I kindly request that my winnings be cleared and paid to me without any further delay, and that my withdrawals stop going into pending status without explanation. I also request a clear confirmation by email that my account is fully eligible for withdrawals so that I can use the platform without this ongoing issue.

Thanks for replying. As per their requirement, the deposit slips for the month of December were requested, and all deposit slips for the full month have already been provided to the email address [email protected], as requested. However, the timing on the deposit slips does not match exactly due to the difference between GMT+3 and IST (Indian Standard Time). Because of this time zone difference, the deposit times may appear mismatched. Please check and clear this issue. All documents have been provided according to the transaction summary of the 1win account. All deposit slips for successful deposits have been shared. Kindly review and confirm.

I wrote to [email protected], and they replied asking me to upload my documents for verification. I provided all requested documents successfully, but despite this, my problem is still not resolved. My 28200/- withdrawal is still pending, and there has been no clear explanation or solution. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, my verification confirmed, be paid to me without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my withdrawals have been blocked or cancelled despite previously having successful withdrawals and completing the all document upload process & kyc too this is in acceptable. Please look into.
