I am experiencing an ongoing problem with identity verification on 1win via Aadhaar on my mobile phone. When I attempt to verify my account, the system displays an error message stating that it appears I have another account and that multiple accounts are not allowed. Because of this, I am unable to complete my Aadhaar verification and cannot properly use my account. This issue has been continuing for about four days, starting on Sunday, January 11. I am using an Android device for the verification process. My current 1win account, which I want to keep and use, is registered with the email address amanmoonsingh906***@gmail.com. I contacted 1win customer support and requested a review of my account, but their review did not resolve the problem, and I am still receiving the same error about having another account. I kindly request that my old or duplicate account, if any exists, be deleted and that my current account linked to the email address amanmoonsingh906***@gmail.com be successfully verified through Aadhaar so that I can use the platform normally again. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my account verification be completed without any further delay.
