1win Won’t Verify My Betting Account and Locked My ₹8,000 Balance
I am a 1win user from India, and I am facing a serious problem with the verification of my betting account. Recently, my account verification was declined, and customer support informed me that the reason is “multiple accounts are not allowed.” After that, they have been repeating the same reason without giving me any concrete solution. I previously had another 1win account, but at the moment I want to use only this current account. There is around 8,000 in my balance on this account, and because the verification was rejected, I am unable to withdraw this money or continue using my account properly. When I contacted customer support again about this situation, they only told me that multiple accounts are not allowed and did not offer any clear path to resolve it. My expectation from 1win is that they review my case in detail, allow the verification of my current betting account, and let me withdraw my balance of 8,000. If necessary, I am ready for them to keep only one active main account and close the others, as long as my current balance is paid and I can continue using the platform without further issues.
