Today I tried to complete my account verification by uploading my Aadhaar card, but my document was rejected, and the verification has been pending for about four hours. When I contacted 1win customer support to ask why my document was rejected, they informed me that I supposedly have multiple accounts. This is not correct, as I only have one 1win account, and I believe a mistake has been made in their system or in the review of my documents. I request that my case be rechecked carefully, that the incorrect multiple-account claim be removed, and that my account be verified so I can continue using the platform normally.
