My Aadhar Verification Denied, And Reupload Option Not Coming
I am having a problem with identity verification on 1win via Aadhaar on my mobile phone. When I try to verify my account, the system shows an error message stating that it looks like I have another account and that multiple accounts are not allowed. Because of this, I am unable to complete my Aadhaar verification. This issue has been going on for about four days. I contacted 1win customer support and requested a review, but their review did not solve the problem, and I am still facing the same error. I request that my old account be deleted and my current account be verified through Aadhaar so that I can use the platform normally again. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
