Because of this error, I am currently unable to verify my account or withdraw my money. After seeing this message, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that according to their rules only one account is allowed per person and that multiple accounts are not permitted. However, they did not provide a clear solution on how I can complete my verification and access my funds despite this situation. With this complaint, I kindly request that my verification be successfully completed on my current 1win account and that my withdrawal be processed. If there are other accounts linked to my details, I request that you close those and keep only this active account so that I can use the platform according to your rules without losing access to my money.
