Zwilling Points Credit Not Usable With Promo Misleading Policy

I am writing to report an unethical and misleading experience I have had with Zwilling’s customer service regarding your points and promo code system, which I consider to be a bait-and-switch practice. On March 29, 2026, I made purchases through the Zwilling online store and at the Zwilling store in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. These purchases earned me Zwilling points, and I redeemed 500 points, which should correspond to a $20 credit. One of my order numbers is 49310000025747. However, when I attempted to use this $20 credit, I was told that Zwilling only allows one promo code per purchase, which meant I could not apply the redeemed points credit together with another promotional discount. Customer service informed me that the $20 credit from my redeemed points could only be used on a future purchase and only if no other promo code is applied. In other words, in order to use the credit I legitimately earned, I must give up any other discounts offered. This is not how the points system is presented and, in my view, is an unfair and misleading practice. The credit I earned from points is not a promo code; it is a benefit I accumulated through my purchases, and I should be able to use it without being forced to forfeit other promotions. I requested that Zwilling simply credit my card with the $20 value of the 500 redeemed points instead, but customer service refused. As a result, I have decided to return my two recent purchases and take my business elsewhere, especially since Zwilling does have competition and customers have alternatives. I expect Zwilling to resolve this issue by crediting my card with the $20 corresponding to my 500 redeemed points and by reviewing this policy and practice, which comes across as deceptive and not customer‑friendly.
