SPX Canceled My Discounted Order Without My Approval

On November 16, 2025, I placed an order for a discounted product through the SPX website. I completed my payment based on the promotional price, and my order was successfully created. However, despite not requesting any cancellation, I learned five days later that my order had been canceled. On November 20, 2025, at 23:59, I received an email informing me of the cancellation. This cancellation was carried out entirely without my knowledge or approval. The company held my payment for five days and also prevented me from making another purchase during the discount period, causing clear financial loss. Although I tried contacting customer service, I have received no explanation or solution so far. The fact that customer service appears unresponsive and that the cancellation notice was sent at 23:59 shows a careless approach and a lack of respect for customers. I’ve also seen that many others reported similar issues, suggesting that this may be a recurring, systematic problem. Having my order canceled unilaterally despite paying the discounted price has caused significant inconvenience. I want others considering shopping from this company to be aware of these issues. I request that my grievance be resolved and that my canceled order—number 3080778474712913—be fulfilled and delivered to me at the original discounted price.
