DeFacto Refunded My Order as Gift Points Instead of Returning Money to My Card

I placed an order with DeFacto on 05.03.2025 with order number 47789867, totaling ₺21,099. DeFacto gave me 464,197 gift points, which equals ₺4,641. On the same day, I used those points to place another order, number 47790230. After receiving the items, I returned both orders. However, only ₺16,458 was refunded to my credit card. I contacted customer service, but they told me that the gift points could not be converted back to cash. The ₺4,641 was reloaded to my DeFacto account as gift points, which can only be used for purchases through DeFacto and are otherwise useless. I was never informed during the purchase or return process that the refund would be made in points rather than cash. I am requesting that these gift points be deleted and that the equivalent amount be refunded to my credit card instead.
